Lake Tahoe Condos Offer Great Value
With available homes for sale at Lake Tahoe diminishing each month, home prices are soaring. However, the condo market still offers great values. Many are located within the heart of ski areas like Squaw Valley and Northstar California. Others are exceptional because of their mountain or lake views.
One of my favorite listings is in the much sought after Chinquapin community. This area is located on the lake just east of Dollar Point, and offers a private beach, pier and a type of lakefront privacy that cannot be found in any other neighborhood.
There are several condos located in the Village of Squaw Valley, but I have chosen one with incredible views of Red Dog, Headwall and KT22. Also, within the Village at Northstar, you can still find great values for condos. If you desire concierge ski access and a prestigious address, the Ritz Carlton also boasts a few resale condos.
Available condos are priced from $7 million for spectacular and state of the art flats at Soda Springs, a penthouse overlooking the Village at Squaw available for $3.9 million or more entry level prices for condos in Tahoe Donner, Northstar and Squaw, priced from $500K to just over $1 million.
