New Remax Office North Lake Tahoe
I’m really excited to announce a new location for Remax Gold on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. This incredibly charming office is also close to beautiful Lake Tahoe.
I have worked in the north Lake Tahoe market for many years. In addition to the Truckee office located at 10001 Soaring Way #130, near the Truckee airport, the new office is located at 201 State Line Road in Kings Beach. It is close to the 5 star restaurant Soule Domain, and literally steps from Lake Tahoe.
Kings Beach has transformed over the years into a popular area for vacation homes and condos. Located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, it near the border with Nevada and the excellent nightlife of Crystal Bay. The vibe is laid back and healthy, with many organic stores and restaurants.
Kings Beach is also known for its beautiful sandy beach and stunning views of Lake Tahoe's crystal-clear waters and surrounding mountains. It offers a range of recreational activities for visitors and residents alike. The area is popular for swimming, sunbathing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and boating during the summer months.
During the winter, nearby ski resorts such as Northstar California Resort and Diamond Peak Ski Resort provide opportunities for skiing, snowboarding, and other winter sports. Located where 267 connects to Highway 28, it provides easy access to Incline Village, Tahoe City and other north Lake Tahoe communities.
The North Lake Tahoe Community center is one of Lake Tahoe's best recreational areas. A multi station par course provides amazing outdoor exercise in summer and the many trails offer cross country skiing in winter, and hiking in summer. Visitors can enjoy snowmobile and sledding in the winter or soccer and baseball during summer.
Kings Beach also has a quaint beach vibe in the downtown area, with a variety of shops, restaurants, and accommodations. Visitors can enjoy browsing through local boutiques, grabbing a bite to eat at one of the restaurants, or simply taking a leisurely stroll along the lakeshore.
